Follow the 4 steps:

  1. Enter your email address, create a password, and select a security question.
  2. Provide your contact information.
  3. Enter your account information, including your Account ID and Code from your last bill.
  4. Review and confirm your information is correct, then click Finish.

After clicking Finish, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to click the link in the email to activate your account.

Payments can also be dropped off at our office during regular business hours or placed in the drop box located by the front door for weekend and after-hour payments.

You can make a payment over the phone by calling our billing office at (815) 738-2211 during our business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
